Desert Safari Rising
Effective Date: April 14, 2025
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all bookings and participation in tours and services offered by Desert Safari Rising. By confirming a reservation, you agree to comply with these Terms in full.
1. Booking and Payment
All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed upon receipt of a booking confirmation via email or WhatsApp. Advance payment may be required to secure a reservation. Desert Safari Rising accepts payments through approved methods including cash, bank transfer, or authorized online gateways. All rates are quoted in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise specified.
2. Cancellations and Refunds
Guests may cancel bookings up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled tour time to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour, or failure to attend (no-show), will result in forfeiture of the full booking amount. Approved refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 7 business days.
3. Changes or Cancellations by Desert Safari Rising
We reserve the right to cancel or modify any tour due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, mechanical issues, or safety concerns. In such events, affected customers will be offered an alternative tour date or a full refund.
4. Transportation and Timing
Pick-up and drop-off services are available in designated areas (including but not limited to Dubai, Sharjah, and Ajman). All pick-up times are approximate and may vary due to traffic or logistical factors. Guests must be ready at the specified location at the agreed time.
5. Participation, Health, and Safety
Participation in certain activities, including dune bashing, involves inherent risk. These activities are not suitable for pregnant women, individuals with heart conditions, back or neck problems, or children under the age of 3. All participants are required to follow safety instructions provided by our guides and staff at all times.
6. Insurance and Liability
Guests are encouraged to obtain comprehensive travel and medical insurance prior to the tour. Desert Safari Rising shall not be held liable for personal injuries, loss, or damage to personal belongings during the tour. Participation is at the guest’s own risk.
7. Code of Conduct
Guests are expected to conduct themselves respectfully and responsibly throughout the tour. Any behavior deemed inappropriate or unsafe may result in removal from the tour without entitlement to a refund.
8. Media and Promotions
Photos and videos may be taken during tours for promotional use by Desert Safari Rising. Guests who do not wish to appear in such materials must inform our staff prior to the tour.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts within the UAE.
